"Sew and Share" from afar.......
Remember, even if you don't live nearby or you are unable to make it to our sewing day, you can still help. Just take a bit of time and stitch up a tote bag, make-up bags, a purse, a pair of pillowcases, a kid's quilt or baby blanket (tied is great, we're going for usability here), or anything you can whip up (even crocheted dishcloths) that will help those trying to rebuild their homes and lives in the flooded areas. Even if you can't be here with us, just make a point of sewing something that day that will make someone else smile!

*I don’t know how to sew but I do know how to pray…..consider it done!
*I have been flipping through the news channels watching what is happening – unbelievable and like you said it is worse than what we are seeing on TV which is just a snippet - I can not imagine. Let me know what I can do to help
*Do you need any quilt fabrics - I have some of my mom's started projects - but do not sew.
